William J. (Bill) Donoher
William J. (Bill) Donoher holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Missouri–Columbia and a J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He began his career in legal practice with a focus on commercial finance, then spent more than two decades in academia as a scholar, consultant, and administrator. During that time, he authored award-winning research on leadership and strategy and advised organizations across a wide range of industries.
After completing his service as a business school dean, he founded Analytica Management Consulting to work directly with organizations seeking thoughtful, practical guidance on strategy, leadership, and organizational performance. He also serves as the founder of Veridian Data Analytics LLC, where he leads the development of analytical platforms and research initiatives at the intersection of data, strategy, and organizational performance.
His academic work focused on corporate governance, executive leadership, and strategic decision-making. He has published in leading management journals, presented research at international conferences, and served in advisory and governance roles across a range of organizations. His legal background informs his approach to risk, governance, and organizational accountability.
Outside of professional work, Bill is an avid photographer, a lifelong music enthusiast, and a student of American Civil War history. He follows college and professional sports with perhaps more dedication than is strictly warranted.

Analytica works with organizations nationwide. Engagements may be conducted remotely or in person, depending on needs and scope. Initial conversations are exploratory and conducted without pressure. There is no obligation, and no expectation that a discussion must lead to a formal engagement.
